Texas Governor Rick Perry's Twitter official account sent out a meme mocking the drunk-driving attorney who was behind his recent indictment.

The tweet superimposed the head of Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg on an ad for Dos Equis beer. Moments later, it was deleted and Perry wrote on the social media site that the post was "unauthorized."

Lehmberg, had an alcohol reading of .239, almost three times the legal limit, after she was pulled over by police while driving her car in April.
Footage of the embarrassing incident circulated online before she pleaded guilty, served half of her 45-day jail term and refused to resign from her position.
Her refusal to quit led to Perry blocking $7.5 million in state funding for the Travis County Public Integrity Unit, which he was indicted for in August.
Perry has been charged with two counts of felony, yet he denies any wrongdoing.
